Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Qualo Technologies Inc. (“QUALO”, “we”, “us”) operates myqualo.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers myqualo.com only, not the QUALO software platform or the web stores we run for customers.

1. Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this website, we collect what you enter:

Form Information collected
Request a Demo Your name, your business name, email, phone number, current operating software, and your message
Contact Us Your first and last name, inquiry type (support or general), email, phone number, and your message

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

2. Information collected automatically

  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on site, how you found us, device and browser type, and approximate location (country or city). Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart. IP addresses are anonymized. You can decline analytics at any time; see section 6.
  • Consent preferences. Our consent tool (Complianz) stores a small cookie that remembers your choice.
  • Fonts and media. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and some pages may load a video player from Vimeo. When they load, your browser sends your IP address to those providers.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your demo request or inquiry and follow up about QUALO.
  • To provide support if you’re a QUALO customer.
  • To understand and improve how the website performs.
  • To keep the website secure.

Form submissions are emailed to our team and kept in our website database. We do not add you to a mailing list.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the website, under agreements that limit how they can use it:

  • WP Engine hosts the website, including form submissions stored in our website database.
  • Google provides Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Fonts.
  • Vimeo provides the video player.
  • GoDaddy hosts our email, including form notifications.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Storage outside Canada

Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessed by its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.

6. Cookies and your choices

A notice on our website explains our use of cookies. You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time through Manage consent on our Cookie Policy, or block cookies in your browser settings. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use the site.

7. How long we keep it

  • Form submissions: kept in our website database for 2 years, then removed automatically. Related emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, unless you become a customer.
  • Google Analytics data: user-level data is kept for 14 months and event-level data for 2 months, then deleted automatically. Summary reports that don’t identify you are kept longer.

8. How we protect it

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to form submissions and website administration is limited to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to how we use it, subject to legal limits. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and the QUALO customer login. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
